Mobile Device Analyst

The person should have sound knowledge and Hands on Experience on the following:
Deploy, manage, and maintain mobile applications, including updates and patches.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile app deployment.
Support the architecture, engineering, maintenance and operation of the MDM management platform and related MDM infrastructure.
Handle end-user support requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that improve the performance and reliability of our mobile devices and applications.
Develop and maintain documentation related to mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile app deployment.
Experience in mobile device management, mobile application management, and mobile app deployment.
Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android.
Experience with mobile management platforms including MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.
End-Points Life cycle management like feature update, upgrades etc.
Work with the IT Security team to maintain mobile security policies and procedures Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Desired:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience Required:
